KSI knew he was outgunned grappling former UFC flyweight champ Demetrious Johnson, but he didn’t expect things to go the way it did.
The Misfits Boxing fighter and promoter joined Johnson for an MMA and grappling lesson on Johnson’s YouTube channel. KSI and “Mighty Mouse” agreed to a one-minute grappling challenge where KSI would begin in full mount and have to survive for 60 seconds.
Unfortunately for KSI, he didn’t even make it 20 seconds, as you can see in the video below.
KSI hasn’t competed in the squared circle since suffering his first loss to Tommy Fury at Misfits Boxing’s The PRIME Card in October 2023. Since then, KSI was booked in several bouts, including a matchup with Dillon Danis for Misfits Boxing 21 in March. The rapper and YouTube star was forced to withdraw from the contest due to an illness, and hasn’t been rebooked.
Meanwhile. Johnson continues to make a mark in the MMA YouTube space since retiring from MMA while competing for ONE Championship. Johnson is considered the greatest flyweight of all-time following his incredible run as UFC champion, and one of the greatest fighters to compete in the cage.
