In the main event, Dustin Poirier competes for the final time in his illustrious career as he challenges Max Holloway for the BMF title. This will be the third fight between the two, with Poirier up 2-0 in the series.

UFC 318 also includes a welterweight feature bout between Kevin Holland and Daniel Rodriguez, along with a featherweight tilt pitting Dan Ige against former Bellator two-division champ Patricio Pitbull.
The UFC 318 main card opens with an exciting lightweight matchup between longtime octagon veteran Michael Johnson and up-and-comer Daniel Zellhuber.
