The Canelo vs. Scull press conference features the top boxers competing at Saturday’s event at The Venue in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Canelo Alvarez, William Scull, and others are slated to attend Thursday’s press conference. The event is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. ET.
Canelo (62-2-2) enters his matchup with Scull (23-0) as the WBA, WBC, WBO, and The Ring super middleweight champion. He seeks to unify his titles with Scull’s IBF belt and once again claim undisputed status. A superfight with Terence Crawford is also expected to take place in September should Canelo have his hand raised Saturday.
Scull faces off with the biggest opponent of his career. The undefeated Cuban fighter is coming off of a unanimous decision win over Vladimir Shishkin this past October, a victory that earned Scull a vacant IBF super middleweight title.
